We are pleased to confirm the appointment of Barry Mountain as under-18s Manager at Kiln Brow, a role he takes over from Jay Brewer who will focus on managing our under-23s Development squad. We are indebted to Jay for all the time and hard work he has put in to managing both mid-week squads in recent years. He remains committed to nurturing talent and bridging the gap between teenage and adult football at Redhill.

Barry has spent the past decade working across the age groups with a number of local clubs, and has coached players through Youth and Reserve Teams and on into First Team football. His broad base of player contacts and support network will be invaluable as he sets about building a competitive squad to play in the Combined Counties mid-week league next season.

Barry will be supported by Assistant Manager Frank Vincent and will name additional support staff in the coming weeks.
