Guidance for Registration 2025-26

Player Photographs

  • With your phone, take a portrait passport-style photograph of your son/daughter, against a plain background, whole face straight on, no hats or props

  • Attach the photo to the registration link

  • Photos must be recent, from within the last 3 months. Photos used to register in the prior season cannot be used again (photos are checked by the leagues and will be returned if they are duplicated from previous years)

  • Professional whole team photographs and individual player photos will be taken after Christmas by our partners at Club Legends. These will be available to purchase through Club Legends.

Player kits and Club shop

  • Match day kit will be issued to each child at the start of the season. This will include a shirt, shorts, and socks. These are to only be worn for match days and not training sessions.

  • Training kit, although not necessary can be purchased from the club shop.

Club Registration Form

  • Your coach will provide a link to an electronic registration form. Please complete it and click on Submit before 1st July 2025

  • You will receive an email from the FA Whole Game System (WGS) in due course, asking you to confirm your registration. It is essential that you respond to that email to complete the process. Without this your child WILL NOT be registered to play.  

  • Registration is strictly for the 2025-26 season only.

  • Player registration will only be completed once either the GoCardless direct debit or full amount has been paid. See Payment of Subscriptions for details.

For ONE child £260

A.   Single payment for one child on registration = £260

B.   Direct Debit

  • 8 Direct debit instalments of £32.50 per month

  • Aug-March.

  • Direct Debit will be set up on registration. You will receive an email from GoCardless to set this up

For TWO children £195 per child

A.   Single payment for one child on registration = £390

B.   Direct Debit

  • 8 Direct debit instalments of £48.75 per month

  • Aug-March.

  • Direct Debit will be set up on registration. You will receive an email from GoCardless to set this up
