Welcome to Redhill FC, 2025-26

Terms of Membership

Please read this carefully in addition to our Code of Conduct.

  1. By registering a player, parents commit to supporting our Club Ethos and Coaching Philosophy, and following our Code of Conduct, attached.

  2. By registering a player, parents are committing to that player attending all training sessions and all fixtures through the season (barring illness or occasions of unavoidable events). As much notice as possible should be given to coaches of an unavoidable absence. Player absence impacts on the whole team as well as on the individual player and needs to be kept to a minimum.

  3. Parents and/or coaches may choose to create a WhatsApp group, for the team. This should be used for team logistics only and must not be used to raise queries or to air views about coaching decisions, nor to discuss opinions on individual players’ performances.

  4. In the event that a parent has a concern about a coaching decision or method, they should first raise this directly with the coach(es) to discuss further. Communications of this kind must not be published in a group forum

  5. Coaches must always be communicated with respectfully.

  6. Payment of fees need to be paid within the time limit you select on registration. This year we are introducing a Direct debit option which will be set up upon completion of the registration forms. If your circumstances make it difficult for you to pay what you owe, PLEASE call, or mail the club secretary to talk about this. The club will be inclusive and supportive wherever possible as providing football for all is one of our key aims, but we can only do this if you get in touch to flag up those problems.

  7. Failure to pay the agreed subscriptions may result in game time being restricted accordingly.

  8. Players/Parents will be liable for any fines received by the FA. Red & Yellow cards and any game ban for player misconduct will be issued via Redhill FC once the FA have notified the club. Please note your child will be unable to play until the fine is paid.

Provision of Kit and Equipment

The Club will provide players with a shirt, shorts, and socks in Club colours. In all cases these items remain the property of the Club and must be returned on request, and in the event of a player leaving the Club. Kits shall normally be renewed every second season, although the Club retains the right to extend this if deemed necessary. If the kit is damaged in the course of play in a League or Cup match the item will be replaced by the Club. If damage occurs outside of this time the Club is entitled to take a contribution from the player towards the cost of replacement, at the Club’s discretion. At the end of the final season for U18s/U16s, players shall be allowed to keep their kits. Match day kit is not to be worn for training sessions.

Shin pads must be supplied by each player and always worn. A player without shin pads will not be allowed to train or play in a match.

Correct footwear is also to be supplied by players – studs or Moulds for grass pitches and Astros or Moulds for the Astro Turf Pitch. Inappropriate footwear will lead to a player not being allowed to take part in the training session or match.

All equipment such as training footballs, cones and bibs are the property of the Club.

Trophies awarded at End-of-Season Presentations are for players to keep.
