Club Statement: Redhill Football Club’s new leadership.

Redhill Football Club is making changes to its leadership structure.

We would like to thank Jerry O’Leary and Ian Higgins for the considerable time, energy and commitment they have given to Redhill FC. Leading a community football club brings significant demands and responsibility, and we recognise the contribution Jerry and Ian have made during their tenure.

The club will now move forward under a new leadership team comprising Chris Rowe, Paul Castell, Alice Gammon, Richard King and Craig Freeman. Having already been involved across aspects of the youth, girls, women’s, community and first team football, the new leadership will ensure a seamless transition while setting the foundations for growth and progress.

On the football side, that means fully backing First Team Manager Andy Lampard, his coaching team and the players, giving them the support and environment they need to continue the progress being made on the pitch.

Beyond the First Team, our ambition is to strengthen the One Club culture, bringing together every part of Redhill FC — senior, women’s, youth, girls’, disability and community football — around a shared vision for the future.

The club has an extraordinary network of volunteers, coaches, players, parents, supporters, sponsors, and community partners who give their time and energy to the club. This is a new chapter for Redhill FC.

One club, moving forward together.
